In 2021, I married my best friend and it was the best day of my life. We knew the music was going to be one of the most important aspects of the wedding as it’s a big part of what brought us together in the first place. For some people music might just be one part of the event where everyone can let loose but to many of us it is much more. For many of us, music is a core part of our lives and we dig a bit deeper than most when it comes to what we listen to. For people like us we want the music on our big day to represent us and our tastes, not the same tunes that have been played at every other wedding for the past 40 years. Of course there are some classics and crowd pleasers that need to be hit but overall the music will be more curated then the typical wedding DJ playing top 40 and cheesy track after track.
Most of our couples prefer a “no-request” policy which ensures that the music stays on course with the vibe they are wanting. Before the wedding we collect your favorite songs and must plays but when it comes time to the wedding you can rest assured that Aunt Betty isn’t requesting Billy Ray Cyrus again!
